This is at least our third time working with Sharon at Neider Mortgage. We have never gone wrong for going back. Sharon is hard working but more than that, she is full of integrity. Integrity is not something you find an abundance of in this industry. Sharon has been honest with us from the very beginning. Since we were upside-down on our refinance, she was quick to let us know what she thought of our situation and the chances of receiving funding were. She then proceeded to maneuver through a very arduous refinance that literally took months to complete. We on several occasions thought of throwing in the towel but Sharon persisted. It is important to share also that the amount refinanced was not a large amount and therefore not really worth the time she spent on it, but that never really seemed to matter to her. I would (and do) highly recommend if you are in the market for a new home or a refinance of the one you are in to consider contacting Sharon at Neider Mortgage. You will not be disappointed.
