A great product, great people and priced right! 12/5/2016

We met the Representative from Neerings division Bath Planet at the vendor State Fair Display area... We were impressed with the display of refinishing choices... we own rentals that need a face lift. On our Sugarhouse Units. We made an appointment to bid on the work. The quote was very reasonable and the finished project Beautiful. Everyone was professional the work done quickly and cleaned up completely. We will use them again and recommend Neerings 'Bath Planet' for Bathroom refinishing... Tom and Gay Price/ Holladay more

We felt you were very unprofessional. Quoted outrageous prices. 4500.00 for a water heater. 800.00 to bypass one water heater to the next. Used profanity in front of young children. more

Terrible customer service 11/2/2016

We won't be calling you again! The man you sent to check our water heater looked untrustworthy and used terrible in front of our little 5 year old granddaughter! My son is living in our home while we are on a mission and this guy wanted to sell him a new water heater rather than bypassing the bad water so we could use the good one(we have two). Your man was mad when we told him we were not going to buy a new water heater for almost 5,000 dollars! He changed his orginal quote to bypass the bad water heater from 100 dollars to 800 dollars! I think your man was named Dwain but I don't know for sure. But we won't call you again ! more

Great service 10/21/2016

My first time using this company. Donny Davis from Neerings Plumbing, Air Conditioning & Heating came to my condo and fixed some wiring that was improperly installed. He was prompt and careful to explain everything to me as he did it. He was very thorough in his investigation of the problem, which is how he found the bad wiring. I feel a lot safer since he came. He was very neat and tidy. I highly recommend Neerings Plumbing and I would use them again. more

I own the house that Neerings Plumbing, Air Conditioning & Heating came to check out. My tenants were the ones present for the job, but I found the company very easy to schedule. I thought I had a leaking garbage disposal, but it turned out I had a clogged drain. The pricing was very good and my tenants were happy with the fix. more

Just had Neerings come to check and repair our water heater. They had installed the water heater and a furnace for us several years ago, and we were pleased with their work. This time they charged $450 for a repair that we found out other reputable businesses would only have charged $100 to $200 for. When asked if we could get some of what we paid back, we were told, ""That's what we charge."" I recommend that you get quotes from other reputable companies before you have Neerings do any of your work. We will be sure to post this comment on other social media sites to caution others. more

Neerings Plumbing is our new Plumber for sure!! We needed a new sewer line and after other bids we settled on Neerings to do the job. Tyson was our guy who totally explained everything with pictures and samples. The company beat other bids by a couple thousand dollars. Tyson was a man of his word as he and the crew came as scheduled and worked their hearts out in the below freezing temps and snow. They totally respected our property and belongings and left the place spic and span. Tyson is one of those really nice nice people that you quickly come to trust and like. We chose to go with the liner by the way which we are feeling quite confident about! No digging up the yard! Happy New Year to especially Tyson and all at Neerings Plumbing. Betty and Brad Cook more

Last Monday. Curtis Hitesman came to my house to check out my 20-year old furnace. I thought I may need a new one. Taking the necessary time, he was extremely thorough in going through the furnace. He said although the combustion chamber was just beginning to show signs of age, it was still sound. He told me to keep an eye on it and keep it serviced regularly til such time as it needs to be replaced. I was impressed that he didn't use this as an opportunity to sell me a new furnace. He certainly won my confidence and trust, and I will use him again. more

Saturday night at midnight, we found ourselves with a plumbing emergency and had to shut the main water line off to our house. I called many companies without finding anyone who could come to help us, until I called Neerings. We asked if someone could come Sunday morning and Steve came and rescued us! He was courteous, knowledgeable, and went right to work and quickly fixed the problem. He was a pleasure to work with and we will use Neerings again! We can't thank them enough!! S.
