We won't be calling you again! The man you sent to check our water heater looked untrustworthy and used terrible in front of our little 5 year old granddaughter! My son is living in our home while we are on a mission and this guy wanted to sell him a new water heater rather than bypassing the bad water so we could use the good one(we have two). Your man was mad when we told him we were not going to buy a new water heater for almost 5,000 dollars! He changed his orginal quote to bypass the bad water heater from 100 dollars to 800 dollars! I think your man was named Dwain but I don't know for sure. But we won't call you again !
