My technician was Kurny. I needed to have the furnace looked at before winter and he went through the entire list of things to check and did it quickly. He then patiently showed me how to program the thermostat. He left the furnace area as clean or cleaner than it was before he arrived. more

Neerings Plumbing responded to a call from me after my daughter called to let me know that our laundry room had flooded after she had washed off the deck with the garden hose. It had turned out that the line to the faucet had ruptured and the minute she turned on the water, the flood began. Justin was the plumber that came out and in a matter of minutes he had assessed the damage, went to his truck to get the tools and parts and fixed it then and there. I was ecstatic! He was fast, friendly, thorough and very clean! He left everything in a better condition than when he came in. I highly recommend Neerings for any plumbing need! more

Just when i thought i knew everything. Several parts purchases later, tools everywhere, knuckle bleeding and a small shock I call Neering's. Kurry Turner identified the problem very quickly. I did not know that there was a panel safety. He probably could have talked me into a new furnace at that point but did not take advantage. And only charged me for the trip out to my house. Sincerely surprised that there are still honest ones out there. more

Thank goodness for Neerings. I have not been having good luck over the last year with my Heating and Air Conditioning needs until i called Neerings. Other companies have fixed and charged me for multiple visits and parts and i still had problems. Neerings sent out an expert, Kurry Turner, to our home today and he has left us wishing we had called Neerings first. We are so happy and comfortable now with our system working the way that it was supposed to. more

I see not much has changed. Six years ago I had them replace transformer on my furnace, part cost $90 plus one hr. labor. So $300 total cost? Not done yet! He said the furnace flue (exhaust pipe) was out of round and must be replaced or I would be gassed to death. Only $3500 to save my life! Had it checked by a honest guy, it was fine. How do they sleep at night? more

He replaced my kitchen food disposal. He asked if I had questions. I could not have asked for better service. As I had additional questions, he was very thorough. I called Neering's to service my AC unit that I assumed just needed a recharge and/or some kind of simple servicing. Robert came out and went on and on about how my unit was too big for the amount of vents I have in my home and he could either completely replace it for $3,047 or he could put a bigger motor in my furnace (what?!?) for $1,045!!! He said there was nothing else that could be done. How does this guy sleep at night? I am a single mother!\r So I called the original installer. It just needed 2 pounds of freon! It's running beautifully and we're staying cool finally for $269.00!!!\r Since this happened, I've heard they are a rip off from others. I wish I had checked into them first!\r Do yourself a big favor and call someone else!!! more

This company is extremely overpriced. They replaced my water pressure regulator. It took the plumber less than an hour of labor to do the job. It is about an $80 part and they charged me $501 to do it. If you have lots of extra money and want to get rid of it, call Neerings for your plumbing needs. If you want a good plumber for a reasonable price, there are plenty of other options. more

Dear Guys; It has been a long hard pull to start with a new boiler/furnace, got it installed withasbestos removed interruptions and then all this work to get it running right. We have seen so much of each other-were now like family. It has been a long stretch, Hooray, the furnace seems to be running right now and it is keeping is comfortable. Do not use Neerings. They wanted to charge us $1500 to fix our AC. My husband got the part for $4 after looking it up online and it only took him 20 minutes to fix it. Neerings price is robbery! more

I wanted you to know how delighted we are with the progress of the two bathroom remodels that Neerings is doing for us. Your employees Kody, Jeremy and Dave make a great team and have provided us with great service. Good service is hard to come by and we are particularly hard to please. As the CFO of a large independent oil and gas company, I am clearly aware of the value of good service. I am very hopeful that the team you have on our jobs can be kept going full steam on our jobs in order to have the jobs completed ahead of the expected completion date of the end of August. more
