Waiting For Them To Fix My Door... 11/21/2017

This was my first time using Nationwide Window & Siding and the whole experience was a 2 at best. They installed a door for me last year and the installation team came during a rainstorm. They really should have rescheduled but insisted on doing the work. The result was that the seal on the door was not lined up. I called the service department to have them do a repair, their solution was to put a foam sticker over the gap. Now, a year later, the sticker they put on has failed and I have been trying to contact them for the past month to have them fix it. I have texted the sales rep I worked with and called the service department and I have received no answer. I don't recommend anyone use them. more

Warranty? What Warranty...Company does not stand behind their warranty! 10/29/2017

I have been calling and emailing them since July about my slider which has a broken seal and leaks, causing my carpet to grow mold!. They have not come to fix it or even send someone to look at it as of today...almost 4 months later! Horrible customer service and i would not recommend this company to anyone! BEWARE!!! more

STOLE $5,000 DEPOSIT CHECK 10/26/2017

BEWARE!! At first Nationwide Windows seemed great... willing to work with my unique situation in regards to delayed start dates & in Brooklyn, NY. I wrote them a $5,000 check that they have already cashed and then they charged me $18,000.00 for a window & Siding job that hadn't even been measured for. They have since reversed the $18,000 charge as of April 19,2017 after a lot of back & forth. I have been trying to contact them about my deposit on several occasions & they have not contacted me back... no email, no calls, no letters, no voicemail, no anything as of October. 26, 2017. No work has started, No measurements taken, no orders made! Even now, I'm trying to give them an opportunity to do the right thing and still nothing! This is not a business I will ever recommend! CUSTOMER BEWARE!! more

Satisfied with Windows but Not with Doors 10/2/2017

Nationwide Window and Siding did my windows a while ago and I was so satisfied that I called them again to do the doors. Unfortunately, I'm not too satisfied with the doors. The work is not as high quality. I had a sliding door installed and I realized after they left that the screen door isn't locking. I haven't tried to contact them yet because I was so upset with how disappointing this was. For the windows, I would probably have rated them a four, but for the doors, I would have to say a two, so I gave them three stars. more

Good Work 9/15/2017

This was my first time with Nationwide Window & Siding. I found them online and their pricing seemed good. It was easy to communicate with the company and they came out to install a bay window in my home. They did a pretty good job but it felt a little rushed. They came a little late and ended up installing the screws below the window from the outside of the house, making them stick through the wall inside the house. I think they could have done a better inspection and paid more attention details. Nevertheless, I would recommend them others. more

Very Pleased, Excellent Work and Excellent Staff 7/26/2017

I recently used the services from Nationwide Window & Siding to have some new roofing put on my home, and was very pleased with how well the work from them went. The people that came out to do the install were very courteous and professional while they were here, and were able to get the work done quicker than I had been expecting. The roof that was installed looks great and has been working well since the install, even during rainstorms there have been no problems. Overall I think Nationwide Window & Siding did an excellent job with the work that I needed. I would definitely use their services again, and I highly recommend them. more

very disappointing 7/25/2017

Had 4 windows replaced on 4/11/2014. This year had lots of problems with bugs getting in. Called two exterminators. One of them sprayed around windows and the other one recommended I put tape under bottom of screens as there is a plastic strip that ends to the right and left of screen where bugs can get through easily. I called Nationwide and they told me to fill out form.. which I did...sent picture..and never heard from them again. This was beginning of June and now is end of July....Their warranty to me is just a piece of paper that dosen't mean anything...(COMPLAIN AND NO ANSWER) would not recommend them to anybody.... more

Great Job! 7/21/2017

Nationwide Window & Siding did a great job for me. I had some windows installed in my home and I am happy with how they turned out. There have not been any problems since the installation and I am satisfied with their service. The installers came on time, were professional, and were pleasant to work with. I also appreciated that they were very clean and respectful of my home. The pricing was a little expensive, but they did a good job and had a good product for the price. This was my first time using Nationwide and I would use them again in the future if I need to. more

I recently went to Nationwide Window & Siding to have some new windows put in my home as well as a new screen door installed, and was quite pleased with how the work from them went. The people who came out from Nationwide Window & Siding were very friendly and professional while they were here working, and always did a good job of keeping their work areas clean. They were able to get the windows put in without any issues, and the screen door was installed quickly and easily. Overall I think Nationwide Window & Siding did an excellent job with the work I needed, I would definitely use them again, and I highly recommend their services. more

Frustrated and Disappointed with Installers 7/10/2017

My experience with Nationwide Window and Siding has been frustrating and disappointing. I ordered a door from them and explained to them that I use Baldwin locks throughout my house with a master key. They showed up to do the installation and told me that the backset on the door wasn't going to work with my lock, so they couldn't do it. The company finally sent someone else out to put the lock in, but it was loose and was scratching up the door. I told them about the issue and they sent someone again to fix the problem, but about two minutes after the guy comes in he says "I don't have tools to do this, I'm gonna have to send someone else." I'm still waiting for them to resolve the problem and meanwhile the whole setup is getting looser and looser, digging more into the brand new door and causing damage. I would have to recommend that folks steer clear of Nationwide Window and Siding. Do your homework before you begin with this company. more

Great Service, Very Pleased! 5/30/2017

I recently went to Nationwide Window & Siding and was quite pleased with how quick and easy the work from them went. The people that came out were very friendly and professional while they were here getting the work done, and were very good at keeping us informed about what was being done. I had called them out because I needed a new door installed, and they were able to help me find one that would work well for what I needed, and wouldn't break the bank. Overall I thought Nationwide Window & Siding did an excellent job with the work I needed, I will definitely use their services again if I find myself in need, and I highly recommend them! more

Very Pleased, Excellent Work! 5/15/2017

I recently went to Nationwide Window & Siding to have some replacement windows installed at my home, and was quite pleased with how the work from them went. The people that came out were very helpful and friendly while they were here, and got the new window fixtures installed much quicker than I had been expecting. The new fixtures all have been installed correctly and are working, the only issue I have is with one by the door that seems to have been installed too loosely, and shakes slightly when the front door is opened or closed. Other than that issue I thought Nationwide Window & Siding did an excellent job with the work I needed, I will definitely go back to them if I am in need of more work, and I highly recommend their services. more

Nationwide Has Been A Great Business Partner To Work With! 5/8/2017

The work Nationwide Window & Siding has done for me has been really great. From the people who provide the quote, to the follow up calls to ask about any questions I have, and even the cleanliness of the crew. I'm very happy with product. Whenever I use Nationwide, I always get what I expect. They've done quite a few projects for me: installed a front door and 5 windows, put in a garage door, completed a siding project, and some roof jobs also. I flip houses so Nationwide has been a great asset. Not only because of the quality of their work, but the cleanliness of the crew. In my experience, I've had workers leave behind shingles and nails around a property. But they guys at Nationwide keep my properties clean! more

Great Work! 4/21/2017

Nationwide Window & Siding always does a great job. I have used them about seven times already and there have never been any problems. They changed all my windows and doors, and also worked on roofing. Nationwide has competitive pricing and the result is definitely worth it. I have already ordered another door from them and will continue to use them again in the future. more

I have been a customer with Nationwide Window & Siding for over 20 years. They have done a number of things for me. The last time they were here was to replace 2 windows. They have a really great crew of people and always do a good job. I have recommended them many times. more

Overall friendly and does a great job 4/3/2017

We have had Nationwide Window & Siding out to our house several times over the years and they always do a great job for us. The most recent work they did for us was completed on time and they were extremely neat. They are very professional, all the people who we've worked with from their company. Scheduling was easy. They completed everything I expected them to do. I have only positive things to say. more
