My experience with Nationwide Window and Siding has been frustrating and disappointing. I ordered a door from them and explained to them that I use Baldwin locks throughout my house with a master key. They showed up to do the installation and told me that the backset on the door wasn't going to work with my lock, so they couldn't do it. The company finally sent someone else out to put the lock in, but it was loose and was scratching up the door. I told them about the issue and they sent someone again to fix the problem, but about two minutes after the guy comes in he says "I don't have tools to do this, I'm gonna have to send someone else." I'm still waiting for them to resolve the problem and meanwhile the whole setup is getting looser and looser, digging more into the brand new door and causing damage. I would have to recommend that folks steer clear of Nationwide Window and Siding. Do your homework before you begin with this company.
