Nationwide Windows & Siding

I had a great experience with Nationwide Window & Siding. At first, I had a competitor come in to do my windows, but their estimate was a bit high for my liking. So, I called Nationwide. Their prices were much better, and they told me exactly what I needed. I really liked how they gave me a one hour window for service (unlike those ridiculous cable companies!) and showed up during that time. The workers were professional and courteous, and everybody did a good job. Overall, I'm very happy with the product and am happy with my windows. I didn't feel like I was robbed, and I really appreciate that. more

Nationwide Window and Siding has done my door and my windows. Every time I use them everything is perfect. I have no complaints. They always call back and the representatives always show up on time. The work is perfect, very clean. It's the best I've ever had. I think the pricing is fair for the quality of the material. Their scheduling is easy to work with, very accommodating. We had a great experience using Nationwide Window & Siding. They replaced our entire roof for us and their service was so much more than we ever expected. We've used them before, so we already knew they are skilled workers and their pricing is nice. A new roof is a big job and it was their attention to the details that really got my attention. Little things, like cleaning up after themselves throughout the day, or fully covering up everything BEFORE it starts to rains. They did not leave one drop of anything behind when they finished up and cleared out. No nails, shingles, tiles, or trash was found and that next day, I couldn't even tell that a crew had been working there. The little details often make a big difference and I'd hire them again in a heartbeat. more

Nationwide Window completed 3 different projects for us in our bedroom, kitchen, bathroom and living room. From the beginning the service was very personalized. A gentleman came to our house and sat down with us to answer our questions. He showed up on time and was knowledgeable about the process. The crew was out in about 4-6 weeks, as soon as the windows were delivered. The work crew was professional and completed the job efficiently. more

Nationwide Window pretty much replaced all our windows, except for two, which they enlarged. They were quick, tidy, and professional. This service was completed a while back and they still do good work. I've had no problems and will continue to hire them to help. more

I was shocked with the poor customer service I received the 2nd time I used Nationwide Window & Siding. The first experience was great, so when I decided to use them again, it was definitely unsettling how everything was handled. No one would call me back and I was even hung up on when I kept calling back. I tried to deal with the owner as well, and still, had no resolution to my problem. They did not do what they said they would do and the whole thing was a very unfortunate experience. I do not recommend the company. more

Pricing was super competitive and quality of product is better than other companies. I would recommend Nationwide for all your home improvement needs. more

I had Nationwide Window & Siding install a new front door and about a half dozen windows. They did a good job. The installers could have been better at maintaining their work area and the cleanup at the end of the job. more

I was very impressed with the sales agent during the initial meeting. He was professional and explained exactly what the company had to offer, and would do, if I hired Nationwide Windows Siding. He explained the process, materials, and timeline as well as price points for the job. When the installers arrived they were very professional and efficient. They worked quickly and completed the job within the initial timeline. They answered my questions as the job proceeded and addressed any concerns I had. They also cleaned up the work site everyday and left my property clean. I also loved the gutters, leaders, leaf guards and screens used on my roof. I was also very pleased with the color I selected, the materials that were used and the quality of service I received. I was concerned, from seeing other siding jobs in my neighborhood, that there might be too many seams. However, this was not the case. They used "Seamless" siding and the finished job was beautiful! Even my neighbors commented on how much they liked the color and quality of the work done. My house looks new even though it was built in the 50's. My home went from the "ugly duckling" to the "beautiful swan" of the neighborhood! Even I have to look twice to make sure I don't miss my new home because it looks so different! I would not hesitate to use this company again and/or to recommend them to my friends and neighbors. more

Nationwide Window and Siding installed some windows and a sliding door for me. So far I've been happy with the products. This was my first time working with them but I've been satisfied so far. more

To start, the salesman said they would replace all of the trim and leave it as plain wood, so we could paint it. When they got here to install they changed their story and refused to change the trim, unless we wanted to pay more. As the crew left they broke a light at the end of our driveway and now our bow window is foggy. We wrote to get them to honor our warranty and have yet to hear back.... Buyer beware! more

The first time we hired Nationwide Window & Siding they worked with us to replaced two alternate entry doors, one to the basement and one to the kitchen. This last time we had them replace our front door, along with the siding. It looks so good. The installers were very professional and just great to work with. They did a wonderful job. We definitely recommend this company. We would use them again. more

This is my second time using Nationwide Window & Siding. The first time they replaced windows in our entire home. This last time we used them because we bought a new house and needed about 5 windows replaced. They even had to enlarge a couple of them. They really did a great job. You couldn't even tell they had been there. They picked up after themselves so well. The people were very professional and hard working. I have recommended them several times. I have to say that for the most part the people over at Nationwide Window & Siding are really great and do excellent work. I had them come and work on my windows on the front side of my house and they were really very good. My only issue is that they were a little sloppy with the caulking and they got it on my eaves. Other than that though everything was excellent and I am very happy with the way that everything turned out. more
