BEWARE!! At first Nationwide Windows seemed great... willing to work with my unique situation in regards to delayed start dates & in Brooklyn, NY. I wrote them a $5,000 check that they have already cashed and then they charged me $18,000.00 for a window & Siding job that hadn't even been measured for. They have since reversed the $18,000 charge as of April 19,2017 after a lot of back & forth. I have been trying to contact them about my deposit on several occasions & they have not contacted me back... no email, no calls, no letters, no voicemail, no anything as of October. 26, 2017. No work has started, No measurements taken, no orders made! Even now, I'm trying to give them an opportunity to do the right thing and still nothing! This is not a business I will ever recommend! CUSTOMER BEWARE!!
