Very great experience 6/18/2014

After spending all afternoon at the Ford dealership contemplating leasing a fully loaded 2014 Edge for $485/month with zero down for 36 months at 15k miles/yr, we were shocked and amazed that Napleton was able to get us a 2014 Jeep Grand Cheropkee Limited, with a sun roof and 20 inch wheels, fully loaded with everything we could possibly want for $500/month. A complete upgrade from Edge to Jeep Grand Cherokee Limited for only $15/month. Roger Buss worked and reworked the numbers, using multiple options, banks, rebates and trade in options until he was able to make the the numbers fit our budget. Ken Walter was amazing. Everyone should buy a car from him. He is knowledgeable, down to earth, pleasant, personable and honest. He made sure we understood every difference in the Jeep vs. the Edge and even though the dealership closed at 6 pm, Roger and Ken stayed with us until 10 pm at night to finish the deal. Very stress-free 6/4/2014

Mr. Walter was knowledgeable, professional, patient, and friendly. He went out of his way to accommodate our wishes. Mr. Walter was very careful to explain the vehicle and to make sure that we understood the workings of the car and all its little gadgets. Buying a car through Napleton and Mr. Walter was a very stress-free and pleasant experience. We live fifteen miles from the Napleton dealership, and there is another Dodge/Chrysler dealer within walking distance of our house. The trip to Lansing was well worth it. If you're looking for a vehicle, I would recommend a visit to this dealership and Mr. Walter. Outstanding experience! more

Staff is a great asset 5/9/2014

This is the second car I have purchased from Ken Walter. My entire family has purchased at least 14-15 cars through him because he is so great! I really appreciate everything Ken, Jay, and Roger have done! They make buying a car easy and stress-free! My old car had reached it's last leg and Ken even came to my house to pick me up and take me out to the dealership, then he even drove it back to the dealership himself so I wouldn't have to! Ken really is a great asset to your team and my fiance, family and I will forever be loyal customers to your business thanks again to Ken, Ray, and Roger!!!!!!!! more

Definitely a great service 4/10/2014

I really don't know where to begin. I can say that I am very happy that I made this phone call to Napleton. I was on what one would call a quest for a car and I was very determined. I haven't owned a vehicle in 6 yrs because I knew I simply wasn't ready. This time I was ready and set out to obtain a car a bike, or something. It took me 3 blocks and 3 buses to my first car lot. The experience was very different than the first time and I understood I had credit issues, but it was very frustrating. After 3 hrs of finance calls and poor car choices we settled on a price or so I thought. I called around to get some financial advice from my mom and grandmother. needless to say they weren't any help. This had to be a decision that I must make on my own. So while me and my son test drove this car I just couldn't settle on what they offered me. I called Napleton and spoke to Jennifer very nice woman, and I explained my situation. She urged me to come over and see what could be done for me here, more

Excellent service and very nice staff 2/21/2014

My husband and I went out shopping for a new vehicle. We had looked at quite a few different vehicles but had been undecided as to which model or even what type of car we wanted. We walked on the lot with the thoughts of just shopping, seeing what they had and not intending to purchase. After excellent service from Mr. Buchanan, and the very nice staff (would like to mention Mary in finance as well) did such a great job helping us with our choice. We love our new car, got a wonderful deal, John answered questions on every aspect we weren't sure with. He really took the time to help us and not try and push a vehicle on us that was not what we wanted. We told him what we were looking for and he showed us options. We recommend heading over to this showroom because its a friendly place and you won't be forced to buy any vehicle. We also got a fair amount toward our trade in. We are recommending them to all our friends. more

Felt it was so good 2/18/2014

Rogelio service was exceptional he was very personable he made me feel comfortable in my purchase by working with me to get the best deal possible. He kept me informed with every detail while I waited which really made me feel like he was working with me and not just trying to make a sell, he made sure me and my father had refreshments while we were here. I will definitely be referring Mr.Barrera to all my friends who are looking to purchase a vehicle and I will probably be calling him to hang out and have a drink some time because he made feel like I acquired a new friend. more

Best car dealership for life 2/14/2014

I am pleased with my visit today at Napleton Dodge and Chrysler dealer ship. Upon I am getting my vehicle service I met with a sale's rep. (John Buchanan)who was very pleasant,and showed me the many pre-owned vehicles that they had to offer. Mr. Buchanan set with me and showed me that my time is important, and for that I am grateful. Although I did not leave with a vehicle that I wanted, I did not leave with a vehicle that I wasn't satisfied with. His manager sat with me to come up with a better solution to fit my needs. Overall I did not leave in disappointment, but I left satisfied. In the near future Napleton's River Oaks Chrysler Jeep Dodge I have considered my dealership for future products, and vehicles. more
