Mr. Walter was knowledgeable, professional, patient, and friendly. He went out of his way to accommodate our wishes. Mr. Walter was very careful to explain the vehicle and to make sure that we understood the workings of the car and all its little gadgets. Buying a car through Napleton and Mr. Walter was a very stress-free and pleasant experience. We live fifteen miles from the Napleton dealership, and there is another Dodge/Chrysler dealer within walking distance of our house. The trip to Lansing was well worth it. If you're looking for a vehicle, I would recommend a visit to this dealership and Mr. Walter. Outstanding experience!
