I am pleased with my visit today at Napleton Dodge and Chrysler dealer ship. Upon I am getting my vehicle service I met with a sale's rep. (John Buchanan)who was very pleasant,and showed me the many pre-owned vehicles that they had to offer. Mr. Buchanan set with me and showed me that my time is important, and for that I am grateful. Although I did not leave with a vehicle that I wanted, I did not leave with a vehicle that I wasn't satisfied with. His manager sat with me to come up with a better solution to fit my needs. Overall I did not leave in disappointment, but I left satisfied. In the near future Napleton's River Oaks Chrysler Jeep Dodge I have considered my dealership for future products, and vehicles.
