Mr John Buchanan saved the sale because my wife and I literally walked out of the dealership insulted and upset. Mr. Buchanan called us back and convinced me he could get us a offer and deal we'd be happy with. He was right and we walked out satisfied and happy with a 2013 purchase!!! This is the second or third car I purchased from this dealer. service is always great. I especially give high marks to Tom, he is always very kind and helpful. Before this car the last one purchased was a 2005 when my husband was living. I did service for years here, but the last few service went to South Chicago dodge where the service was terrible. Traded my 2005 car there and was ripped off for $600 cash to the sales person, and other rip offs. I understand that he did that to another person and was fired. I know this dealer and feel very safe here. When I came back, Tom and everyone else remembered my name. That says a lot. Service here is great, and I feel at home. more
