The customer service was terrible, from the receptionist to the technician. The car was late and the repairs were incomplete, I had to take it back a second time, plus I had to take it to the dealership for a diagnostic to prove that it was really Nalley's fault. When I got the car back, it had literally no gas in it (I had to coast it into a gas station) and the odometer was over a 100 miles above what it was when I gave it to them. I can't prove that the odometer was so high, so shame on me for not thinking I had to take a picture of it before giving it to them. I've learned that lesson...
Pros: They may eventually get the repair right
Cons: Customer service, quality of work, don't care about customer
