I caught the technician in a lie on the invoice. Nalley said they had replaced the rebarb on the car and were trying to collect additional money from the insurance company when they did not do the work.
i ended up getting $400 taken off of my bill because I caught them in the fraudulent act.
My car was still not fixed correctly and I'm taking it back to them again so they can align the bumper properly.
Furthermore, I had to call 3 times and finally called the GM at Nalley Toyota to get the manager to call me back in regards to the repairs.
Lastly, they told me the car would be ready at 4pm. I got there at 4:30 (after leaving work early to pick up the car) and the car was still not ready. I had to wait an additional 45 minutes for my car.
Do not use this company. They are horrible and frauds.
