Worst place ever!! The person I dealt with spoke down to me the entire time and when questioned on the repairs, he informed me that they didn't do certain things that were clearly on the detail. When questioned he printed out the detail and then tried to backtrack on what he had just said. When I voiced a concern on the operation of my trunk he said ""it works!""? That is your response..... Where did customer service go? Well I can tell everyone that it is not here! My car only had 700 miles on it when I was struck by a car... As if that is not bad enough I picked Nalley to repair my car!!!! If I would have read reviews first I would have taken it somewhere else!!! They only care about doing the least repairs needed and being paid by the insurance company.. The only thing they want to the person out of the door and the check in their hand!
