N.R.G Heating and Air

We had the unexpected occur, just before Christmas. The old unit was Carrier and had served me well. I did my typical online and friend and neighbor research. I called several big name HVAC companies. I was having some difficulty with inconsistent information. A neighbor referred me to NRG Air, stating that they had a very difficult install and that NRG was the only company willing to take the job on. They were quite happy with the outcome. The manager came out and walked my home. We discussed options, needs, preferences, costs. I promptly received an estimate for three options, each of which he explained fully to me. I decided to add central air and replace existing duct work at the same time. I chose Rheem products. The day the job began, we had rain blowing sideways, the attic roof leaked, the yard turned to muck. We encountered many challenges in this project that never could have been for seen. Crew were super. Very patient, provided great problem solving suggestions as they occurred. The crew are knowledgeable, polite, professional and worked hard in difficult conditions. They showed up on time, cleaned up each night and accommodated my 4 cats and a dog. I am not one to gush about customer service and I am VERY PICKY about contractors and fit, finish and function. They system exceeds my expectations. Follow up customer service has been prompt and professional. more

First and foremost, I apologize for my delay in writing this review . We had an emergency. Our condenser died and we are extremely sensitive to heat. The company I had my AC contract with did not respond to my urgent calls: Total. Therefore I had to race to find a new AC company that I could trust. I researched condenser prices and local companies. When I spoke to the owner at NRG Air, I told them my urgent situation. They were respectful, considerate and talked about options. They didn't try to sell me things I did not need like many others. They coordinated the installation of a new condenser for us the same day and checked the entire AC system to make sure the previous company did not overlook any issues. Our technician was extremely knowledgeable, competent, polite and diligently took the time to make sure he did the job right. I will be requesting him in the future!! Thank you all people, who were consistently following up with me during and after the service. I highly recommend this company and am recommending this company to my beach friends and colleagues. Good communication. Very respectful during the install of the unit. Did everything they said they would do. The repairs were completed in less than 1 hour and our system was back working normally. Thank you again for being a company that prides itself on customer service. A rare gem. I know I can count on them. You will only understand when you need AC repair just how good a company this is. There are still good people in this world, don't be so bitter. more

I called them, they called right back and scheduled a time. several hours before they were due at my house i received a call saying the repair man was running a little late. i appreciated know well in advance and really liked that they had the professionalism to give me the head-up. when the repair man arrive, he was awesome!!! assessed the issue, repaired it, explained what it was and was done quickly. he was courteous and helpful. and the cost of the whole thing was a delight. i trust this outfit and would recommend to anyone. more

Thanks so much for helping my wife out last week. We called you all with what my wife called a ""serious plumbing emergency"". We were having guests come in town for the holidays and the drain in the guest bathroom shower was clogged. My wife said the serviceman that came was great as she was running around getting the house ready. He snaked the drain and even tightened the faucet too. She said he was there for less than 30 minutes. Thanks for your prompt and quick work. more

When the technician came out he too was polite and patient. He was able to repair my system right there and then and I was very pleased. They also guaranteed this repair for a year!! Hello, I am writing to share my experiences with NRG Heating and Air. We have been using them at our hotel for three months now and in that time they have proved to be professional and reliable. When we have an emergency their response time is usually under one hour. When they arrive on a property they are quick to resolve our issues and to make suggestions for improvements. The people on the staff that work in the office are hard working; when something needs to be done and followed up on right away, I can always count on them to respond in a timely manner. In addition to this, their prices are very fair and usually cheaper than many other plumbing companies. I have enjoyed my experiences in working with NRG Heating and Air and will continue to use them in the future. more

These guys are great, they came out to my house, showed up on time, and were very professional. The technician quickly diagnosed the problem with the AC unit, and the cost to fix it was much less then we expected. We had used another AC Repair service a few months earlier, they had charged us double to fix the same problem on our other AC unit (we have 2). He also gave me tips on how to maintain my AC system in summer and winter, which filters to use, etc. If you have any AC issues, call these guys! more

I have been living in the Los Angeles area all my life, and about 5 years ago I purchased my first home, I was so excited up until I started having so many plumbing issues, My house was built in the 20's and was in deseparate need of a new sewer system. I called different plumbers and finally found NRG AIR , came out to my house on time, and gave me the most honest estimate. I was in total tears because I was so sad that they were going dig up my yard but my Tech explained to me that NRG AIR uses Trenchless technology this elimated the need to dig any trenches in my beautiful yard. They were able to reline my sewer pipe and not have not tear anything up. This process was done in less than 3 days. From start to finish they kept me aware of everything that was gong on, I love there customer service, The girl in the office was amazing and my technician is just first class. I will never use anybody else to take care of any future problems that arise. I recommend this company to anyone that is looking for honesty and integrity.! I find their technicians very knowledgeable, pleasant and polite. They are reliable and show up for all appointments promptly and on time. Their prices are very competitive, especially for the high quality of work they do. They are always available for any emergency that might occur. A few years ago I had them replace my water heater. Since then I have them do a checkup every year. Recently two technicians arrived for my annual checkup. One of them even did some minor adjustments on my kitchen faucet at no extra charge. He drained my water heater efficiently. The other technician spent over an hour with my gas heater. He changed some of the settings to make it run more efficiently. more

We hired NRG Air to replace a 30+ year old heating system and air conditioner in our home. We hired them because of their professionalism and pricing, and the overall personal attention we received in the bidding process. We were not disappointed. Dmitriy's years of experience were critical to getting our new Trane system with Clean Effects properly installed in the available space in our 1930's house (we had another contractor take one look at the space and decide not to bid!), and we are very pleased with their work. We are also very happy with the system Dmitriy recommended, and we and thank him for his expertise in helping us decide the correct products for our home. I had NRG Heating & Air conditioning Inc. at my house for a Air Conditioning Install and they were wonderful. First of all, they were very responsive to telephone calls when I was setting up the install. I realize that it is the end of summer, but they were able to come within 2 days. When they showed up, on time, the whole team was very professional. Since I had the essentials, newer furnace with gas forced heat, the install only took half a day. These guys are awesome! more
