The Lennox Furnace is a Lemon, combined with a Flawed Installation has caused the furnace to rust, both inside and out. Condensation issues resulted in water damages to my home. The plastic vent pipe for the furnace has become unglued due to the fact that the glue used was not heat resistant and not intended for that application, no primer was used, causing water to drip damaging the ceiling etc. A drain pan should have been installed under the furnace, but NRG decided to cut corners on the install.
