In a word OUTSTANDING!! I am a skeptic and went into the process of purchasing new windows believing that only a company with a national reputation (insert the ""A"" word) would have the quality and warranty that would satisfy me. What a pleasant surprise to find Newpro. Nick Cagliani is a man of his word and delivers a high quality product combined with installation professionalism. We purchased 13 windows (and recently purchased two more). They were customized with divided lights and painted to match existing windows. The windows were measured properly, built within the expected timeframe and installed to a level of perfection that satisfied even me...a very picky person. The installers worked through the day and completed the installation within the promised time frame, cleaned up all debris and removed the old windows. Replacement windows are not inexpensive and while I read plenty of advertisements for windows at the less than $400 level, the quality of those products is reflected in their price. With Newpro you get outstanding quality at a reasonable price. It is an investment in my home which over the life of the windows is sure to pay for itself in energy savings, comfort and convenience. I decided to change some windows a few years ago. Iwent with Newpro because a friend recomended them. So far they have been great and the only issue I had ( broken glass ) was fixed for free with one phone call. I know I paid more ( as all my do it your selfers friends remind me ) but I believe I got what I paid for. I found out they fix bathtubs now and I decided yesterday to have them do that as well. I have the utmost confidence this will turn out just as well as the windows did. more

We replaced all 12 of our windows with Newpro over a span of several years. We finally replaced the last two, (delayed because one of the windows was behind a heavy desk we didn't want to move until now, when we replaced it). Over the years, we have changed most of our windows with a variety of success. The improvements always added to the esthetics but the thermodynamics were never the quantum leap we were hoping to attain. A couple of years ago, we came to the realization that a better solution was needed. We called NewPro and had them in for a demonstration of their products. After Ryan Spar demonstrated NewPro's design, we felt we were looking at the desired solution. We had NewPro replace the remaining 'builder's windows' that we had not replaced along with a slider to the deck I had installed 30 years ago. The regulation of the ambient temperature in the rooms with the new windows improved that winter, enough so that the following summer we had NewPro replace two large bay windows and a door. Installation was timely and efficient, performed by professionals that listened to our every concern. The gas company, in their monthly statement, provided relevant hard data comparing our gas usage with neighboring households. Prior to installation, while we were ahead of the most neighbors, we were behind the most efficient households in gas usage. After installation, our gas usage improved and we now lead the most efficient households. We have, at last, attained our quantum leap. We had our first installation of Newpro windows in 2007, replacing 11 windows. We were very please with the results and quality of workmanship of the product. Brad Thompson was great to deal with and is ALWAYS available to us when we had question or concerns. In 2010 we replaced 4 more windows and in 2011 we are placing our last 3. We have noticed an enormous savings in our heating cost as well as noise reduction. Any issues we have had - no matter how minor - Newpro was always quick to respond. more
