My wife Arline and I selected NewPro for installation of 23 replacement windows at our house in Salem, NH. in April 2010. Starting with the sales rep and finishing up with the installers every New Pro employee we dealt with were professional, courteous and thorough in their work and, most importantly in their explanations in response to our questions. They told us what they were going to do and then did it. At completion in the time frame committed the work and appearance appeared top notch. In the 14 months since installation, which included four months of real cold New England weather and record snow fall, we have not had a single problem with the windows to date. more

We were impressed with their triple pane window, had a big order 31 windows on 2 floors.However due to real estate housing values summer of 2011, we decided is not worth spendng aprox 40K on windows , as if we will need to sell the house we would not get our money back.If we knew we would be in the house to retirement , different story. more

From the onset of our project, the sale?s staff, Doug and Larry made my wife and I feel very comfortable with our decision of purchasing NEWPRO windows. From there on, the installation supervisor Tom took over and was very helpful explaining to me the next step(s) when he came and finalized the measurements, Jody in customer service has helped me more than a few times already and for sure the installation crew comprised of Fred, Steve A, Dave and Steve were great and efficient, my wife even mentioned to me that she was amazed that after four people spent a day replacing 18 windows on three floors no less, our house was left very clean. more

We love our Newpro windows. We had two windows installed 3 years ago and have saved alot of money on heat. During that time we had four different vendors come to our house and Newpro was the only company that did not have pushy sales people. The installers cleaned everything up and you could not even tell they had been at the house. We have called Newpro again to install another window for us. They have competitive prices. We would recommend Newpro to anyone who asks where our newer windows came from. more

About five years ago we replaced our basement windows because we were finishing the basement. I called Newpro for the first time, and Brad Thompson came to the house and introduced us to Newpro windows. They are truly unique in terms of their materials and engineering, which make it a superior product. I like to buy the best, especially when it comes to home improvement. I am a big believer in ""buy cheap, buy twice."" We have been very happy with the basement windows. Now we decided to replace our windows upstairs, and I called Brad back to order Newpro replacement windows. I didn't call anyone else because why shop around when you know who the best is. Brad returned to take our order, and it is a pleasure to deal with him. Brad is professional and courteous, and has a great sense of humor and is comfortable with people. We are excited about our new window installation and can't wait to start seeing better views and lower heating bills. I highly recommend Newpro! more

Saw Newpro at local home improvement show in March. Had salesman come to house to discuss replacing old vinyl siding. Was very impressed with presentation, product and price. Decided to reside 2 sides of the house then just before work was to begin, I called the salesman back to request a cost of residing the remaining 2 sides of the house. He responded within hours and we received a great price so authorized the work. This will reside the whole house at once instead of piecemeal. Work will be starting shortly. more

We just contacted NEWPRO to replace the windows in the front of our house after they replaced the back windows 2 yrs ago. The same salesman returned and was just as professional and courteous as he was the first time; always nice to work with someone familiar with you and your house! He worked with us in getting a great price for a great product. The next day we were contacted for a pre-installation service, which was completed 2 days later. I'm writing to detail my experience with Newpro Windows as it is similar to some I've read here. My wife and I had them out for a sales consultation to get an estimate on 13 windows. The salesman was very personable and you could tell he was trying to make a connection to us. My wife and I are (or have been) in sales so we weren't falling for all the phony stuff. Anyway, we sat through the two hour presentation where he built up his company and product while also tearing down any other products that would dare to compete. He came in at 10am and we told him that we had another appointment at noon. So, after just trying to get a price out of him, we had to rush him along at 11:45. First he quoted $22,500 for 13 windows. Then, of course, when that was obviously too high, he came down to about $18,500. Still too high, so he offered to do the bull---t call to his boss and knock some more off but that would only be good if we signed that day. It was actually funny to see him go through all these steps just as I had read that he would. Finally when the other contractor arrived on time at noon, we told the Newpro guy we would review our options and call him if we decided to go with his company. Then, the niceness went out the window. He actually bet me $10K that I wouldn't call him and also complained about his gas money to come to our house. Not my problem... more

I have done business with newpro for a while now. I had all the windows in my home replaced as well as a new storm door, and a new front door. The prices are reasonable. The product is very good quality. They have excellent warranties. I have found the staff to be very friendly and helpful. I would recommend Newpro to everyone I know who wants a great product at an execptional value. more

In November of 2010, I replaced about half of the 36 double hung windows in my 1924 home, with Newpro replacement windows. The old ones had been abused over the years, and were ready to go. I did my homework, and explored all of the replacement window options. Once I saw Newpro's window, I was sold. Sure, you could pay less, but you'd get less. These things are built like tanks, yet look and function so elegantly. Not only is their product exceptional, but the company is first rate and professional, from the sales guys and office staff, to the installers who exceeded all of my expectations for a clean and thorough job. The windows are just plain gorgeous, and we are currently doing another 8 windows, with plans to complete the rest of the house. Not inexpensive, but totally worth the investment in so many ways. more

My wife and I replaced about half the windows in our house with Newpro windows 18 months ago. They have worked out so well that we are now using Newpro to replace the rest. Our house was built in 1780, so every window is out of square and difficult to fit. Newpro custom fit every one perfectly. Our old windows were so flimsy that the frames bent and made the windows difficult to open. The Newpro windows have really strong frames and have all held their shape. They look so much better that the typical cheap vinyl replacements, they are easy to maintain, and our heating bills have dropped significantly with just half of our windows replaced. The installers they sent were friendly and professional. They kept to the promised schedule, and cleaned up after themselves. When we noticed that one piece of trim was a little crooked, they came back and fixed it no problem. I really like that they are a local, family owned business that stands behind their product. They may not be the cheapest replacement window, but the price is more than fair for the quality and service you get. I can?t recommend Newpro windows highly enough. more
