Second time customer with Newpro. Renovated my home in 1991 using Newpro windows. I selected Newpro for two reasons....product and staff. My windows are 21 years and still work as well as the first today they were installed.
Went to the Rhode Island Home Show and saw the Newpro display of the new walk-in tub. Within four days I was sitting with Newpro signing the purchase agreement.
My reasons for selecting Newpro over other vendors.....

QUALITY installation, no worry about contractors
FULL permitting, licensing, and insurance,
Excellent sales staff, without the pressure of making a sale
Follow-up calls, ease of contacting sales rep.
