I HAVE AN AGREEMENT FOR A 30 PASS LIMO BUS TO ACCOMIDATE ALL THE GUESTS AT MY WEDING, AND I PAID ALOT EXTRA TO HAVE A 30 PASS REATHER THAN ANYTHING SMALL BECAUSE I KNEW HOW MANY PEOPLE NEEDED TO BE IN THE BUS.. WELL TURN OUT THAT THEY HAD SUBBED THE RUN TO ANOTHER COMPANY AND NOT TOLD ME ANYTHING ABOUT THIS, I EVEN CONFIRMED 3 TIMES ABOUT THE PICK UP AND WHAT I NEEDED AND THEY SAID NO PROBLEM.. ON THE DAY OF OUR WEDING THEY SHOWED UP IN A 24 PASS, WHICH CAUSED ALOT OF PROBLEMS WITH THE TRANSPORTATION AND PICUTRES, NOW ON YOUR WEDING DAY YOU WANT WHAT YOU PAID FOR AND THATS THAT NOT SOME RUN AROUND THAT THE BUS THAT SHOWED UP WAS CLEARLY NOT BIG ENOUGH TO FIT THE WEDING PARTY.. I arranged a limo for myself and 6 friends for a ""night on the town"" an hour away from home. I called and confirmed the limo and was in contact with the driver throughout the course of the night. Our scheduled pick-up time was 10:15pm. The driver was late and said he'd be to us within 20 minutes....didn't happen. When i called to find out where he was (he didnt answer the first few times), he said he was STILL 20 minutes away. We waited and called and waited and called and I was hung up on almost every time I did manage to get though. The final time I got through to him was at 11pm, he told me he turned around and was no longer going to pick us up, claiming the company told him to turn around! I asked him for the company's number and he refused! I called the company two days later and they were unaware (supposedly) that we were never picked up. They called the driver to see what happened and he told them the roads were closed and he couldnt pick us up, NOT TRUE! I even called the street department of the town we were in to find out, and they confirmed there werent any road closures! I left a message with the limo company stating this fact and still haven't received a phone call in return. When I called to request a receipt that my deposit was charged back to my credit card, the woman told me I was ""in my own little world"". Forgive me if I'm wrong here, but isnt it standard practice for a legitimate company to provide their customers with receipts??? I'm finished trying to reason with this terrible company and have filed a complaint with the B Business Bureau. I urge everyone who has had poor service with these people to do the same!!!!! I was sexually assualted by our limo driver, JERRY! He was taking me home while my friends stayed out and I feel asleep in the back seat. When I woke up the driver was parked by a park near my house with his pants off in the back seat with me! As soon as I woke up he pulled his pants up and jumped out to finish driving me home. I was in utter shock. I wasn't even sure what had happened... It was a terrible experience! I called to let the owner to nicely (for some unknown reason I was nice about it.) Martin, know that he should watch his driver because it was not safe for his clients and he said he didn't believe me and hung up on me. I did call the police on him that night. This company isn't right. I now know that reading reviews before doing business with someone is VERY important! Pros: um...the driver was on time picking us up...that's all I got for ya Cons: everything! Especially the driver and the owner!! more

Beware and read all the other reviews and warnings!!! Booked a limo, was told we could back out with a refund ""No problem"". After canceling, with sufficient notice according to their policy, was told that they would charge the whole fee on our charge. Had lied to numerous people that tried to talk with them. That is if they answer the phone. They screen their phone calls by checking caller ID, and they won't answer if they know it's you. The women Agnus is a witch and Martin, the owner never is around to address any issues. He must be a coward hiding behind Agnus. When trying to talk with Agnus she will just hang the phone up and tell you she's charging your charge card and deal with it. My card has now been charged two different times. I am just finding out now that they have 14 complaints against them with the Better Business B since Sept. 2007 for contract, billing/collection, delivery, service, customer service, product, and refund/exchange issues! They work under 6 different phone numbers and 3 different websites. Lisa Madigan will be contacted along with filing a complaint with Better Business B. This will be disputed with my charge card company. I hope everybody out there takes these warnings/reviews seriously, I wish we had. They need to be shut down! Pros: Nothing!!!! This limo service (i don't even think i can call it a ""service"" since it was so bad) is the absolute worst choice for renting a limo or any other vehicle. You should use any other company over this one and not even consider this company as a choice for you. First off, the people are short and snappy, very rude and not understandable with their accents. They leave out information and will be quick to get your business. Once they have your reservation made U ARE TRAPPED!! If u do make the mistake into making a reservation prepared to BE SCREWED!! they will arrive late to the destination point (an hour late for me!!), probably with the wrong vehicle (I had a 30 passenger party buss reservation and they came with a 20 person party buss!!), the vehicle will be in horrible condition (my party buss was rusted, dirty on the outside, gum and filth all over the inside, and smelt horrible!!), and on top of all of this, they will most likely get lost (it took them 25 extra minutes to get to my destination point!!) ANDDD on top of all of this, they charge your credit card with ""miscellaneous charges"" that add up to hundreds of more dollars more!!!! when asked about these charges they will not give u an answer, ignore your phone calls, and hang up on you!!!! If you want a crappy limo service that will ruin your night, and u like doing business with complete idiots, and you love seeing your credit card charged weeks or even months after their service for god knows what, and you want to get hung up on the phone by a bunch of crooks, then this is the company for u!!! TERRIBLE service on our wedding day! We got a 20 passenger Hummer from them for our wedding...the car that showed up to pick our bridal party up was not the one we were shown in the first place, not only that we were promised a brand new vehicle that the company was supposedly getting. First of all the limo was late...when it pulled up to the house the first thing we noticed was RUST all over the front of the vehicle. The driver told us that the original car that was supposed to pick us up was broken and the company sent him. The inside of the car was dirty and torn up, not only that it had chewing gum stuck in one of the cup holders...it was disgusting!!! Being the bride, I was in tears! Also, we had 15 people in the bridal party and there were only 3 champagne glasses in the vehicle. When we approached the driver with the complaints he told us he would have the car washed and cleaned while we were at the church. Since we had to be at the church in less than 20 minutes we had to take that car dirty car to our ceremony. The driver took our credit card because he refused to leave without pre payment (it cost us $1400) and told us to contact the owner of the company to take care of the situation at a later time. We tried calling them all day Monday with no results...no one would let us speak with the owner! Finally we spoke with some guy named Martin who was rude and called us ""liars"" and said that the car was not dirty...yeah too bad there were 15 witnesses inside the car, a camera man, a photographer, and more than 50 guests at the church who saw what the car looked like... Pros: Nothing good about them! Cons: Crooks! more

We reserved a stretch limo for Sunday @7:30am for 6 people to Ohare. They NEVER SHOWED! We called repeatedly, only to have an answering machine pick up. They don't have any customer support available in the am or over night hours, so if you have a problem, oh well, too bad for you. We ended up driving 4 people in the small car we had available with 6 pcs of luggage, and the other 2 passengers and their luggage were driven by a neighbor to Ohare. By the time we got to the airport, we had to park in short term parking to make our flight on time. The parking cost us a total of $239.00, which of course will not be reimbursed. As I checked my Visa statement this evening, these robbers are trying to charge my card $78.00 for a service they didn't provide! SEE YOU IN COURT! What a wonderful way to start a long awaited cruise vacation celebrating my fathers 80th birthday! Have a wonderful trip? Yeah, right. Pros: NONE Cons: Never arrived for the transport. more

Almost ruined my weddding. Arrived late, got lost, demanded cash on site, were calling my cell phone during cermony to get cash as driver waited outside. He's lucky he didn't get beat down and bus stolen. Also, ran up misc charges on my card a month after cashing my check. My fault for not doing better research. I've never dealt with such a poor excuse for a company. I had them scheduled to pick up ""ten"" 16 year old suburban kids in Chicago at the Riviera theater at 11:30 pm. So at 11:50 pm the driver called me to say he was 10 minutes away from ""Get This"" the Ravinia Theater in Highland Park. It's 30 degrees outside and the kids have no coats because we dropped them off earlier and took their coats when they were going in. They're ten minutes away from curfew violation and the 24hr hot-line to call won't answer. When I did get someone and explained the situation, he hung up on me after putting me on hold for 5 minutes. then when calling back several times, I just got an answering machine. \r \r Don't use this service under any circumstances. Luckily I got a hold of the Chicago Police and asked them to send a couple of cars to check on them and make sure they were O.K.\r \r I'll be challenging my Visa Charge! Used this company for to/from wedding service. We missed the ceremony. Driver took the worst route possible - had no idea where he was going even though we gave a 3 hour time frame to get us there on time!!!! Told us we had to pay in cash even though the lady who reserved the limo for us told us we had to put down a deposit. then on the way back - the same thing happened, we had to pay cash again. It has been two months since this fiasco - and my credit card is still being charged randomly. They have stated that they would refund the charges - but that has yet to be done. They dont return calls and they are rude and bad people. I hope everyone reading gets the point. I hope they go down and out. more

Do not ever use this company under any circumstance. These are straight up thieves, con artists, scammers, liars, and they will steal your money and your identity. We hired them for our wedding several months before the event. We provided a credit card to hold the reservation. We were told a deposit was required and, when I checked my credit card statement, they had been charging up random miscellaneous charges for no reason. When we called to inquire why they had charged my card, the woman kept saying it must be a mistake and she would call us back. Of course, she never called us back and never refunded the charges. Thankfully, American Express is disputing the charges and I am not responsible for them. I am also having a lawyer from my company/group legal plan pursue them and go after them.
