Beware and read all the other reviews and warnings!!! Booked a limo, was told we could back out with a refund ""No problem"". After canceling, with sufficient notice according to their policy, was told that they would charge the whole fee on our charge. Had lied to numerous people that tried to talk with them. That is if they answer the phone. They screen their phone calls by checking caller ID, and they won't answer if they know it's you. The women Agnus is a witch and Martin, the owner never is around to address any issues. He must be a coward hiding behind Agnus. When trying to talk with Agnus she will just hang the phone up and tell you she's charging your charge card and deal with it. My card has now been charged two different times. I am just finding out now that they have 14 complaints against them with the Better Business B since Sept. 2007 for contract, billing/collection, delivery, service, customer service, product, and refund/exchange issues! They work under 6 different phone numbers and 3 different websites. Lisa Madigan will be contacted along with filing a complaint with Better Business B. This will be disputed with my charge card company. I hope everybody out there takes these warnings/reviews seriously, I wish we had. They need to be shut down!
