I arranged a limo for myself and 6 friends for a ""night on the town"" an hour away from home. I called and confirmed the limo and was in contact with the driver throughout the course of the night. Our scheduled pick-up time was 10:15pm. The driver was late and said he'd be to us within 20 minutes....didn't happen. When i called to find out where he was (he didnt answer the first few times), he said he was STILL 20 minutes away. We waited and called and waited and called and I was hung up on almost every time I did manage to get though. The final time I got through to him was at 11pm, he told me he turned around and was no longer going to pick us up, claiming the company told him to turn around! I asked him for the company's number and he refused! I called the company two days later and they were unaware (supposedly) that we were never picked up. They called the driver to see what happened and he told them the roads were closed and he couldnt pick us up, NOT TRUE! I even called the street department of the town we were in to find out, and they confirmed there werent any road closures! I left a message with the limo company stating this fact and still haven't received a phone call in return. When I called to request a receipt that my deposit was charged back to my credit card, the woman told me I was ""in my own little world"". Forgive me if I'm wrong here, but isnt it standard practice for a legitimate company to provide their customers with receipts??? I'm finished trying to reason with this terrible company and have filed a complaint with the B Business Bureau. I urge everyone who has had poor service with these people to do the same!!!!!
