No haggling-a pleasant experience 12/7/2013

We were very pleased with the experience of buying our C-max. The Internet Manager (Sano) was personable and real as we discussed what we were looking for and how much we could afford. I really appreciate how he worked with us. The extended warranty possibility that only emerged at the last part of financing was a little rattling and I am still a little uneasy about having purchased it. We shall see if it was the right thing to do. more

Josh Johnson was very honest and upfront with us from testing the car to negotiating the sell of it. We liked they (Josh and Jason) weren't pushy and were willing to do what was necessary to earn our business. We liked we could negotiate face-to-face with them and could be very direct and honest to get a deal that benefited both us and the dealership. Josh found the vehicle that met our total criteria. We liked that Josh would get all the answers to our questions; and he is willing to give extra help in learning the features of this great SUV we bought. Both Josh and Jason made our experience very pleasant in buying this Volvo SUV. more

They were absolutely willing to do what you want to get you the car you want. You tell them how much you want to pay per month, for how long of a contract, for how much you can put as a down payment, and they will make it happen. I would definitely go back to them for my next vehicle. more
