Josh Johnson was very honest and upfront with us from testing the car to negotiating the sell of it. We liked they (Josh and Jason) weren't pushy and were willing to do what was necessary to earn our business. We liked we could negotiate face-to-face with them and could be very direct and honest to get a deal that benefited both us and the dealership. Josh found the vehicle that met our total criteria. We liked that Josh would get all the answers to our questions; and he is willing to give extra help in learning the features of this great SUV we bought.
Both Josh and Jason made our experience very pleasant in buying this Volvo SUV.
