Tom & his team in the service department went out of their way to complete the repairs the car was brought in for and additional work required by a recall notice I was unaware of. They completed the work sooner than they projected and were overly concerned with me being satisfied. It was not your typical business experience - in a good way. more

Easy, Fair, Honest 11/4/2013

This was a great experience for me. All Star moves a lot of vehicles and I felt like my purchase was handled quickly and with a lot of personal attention. Anytime I had a question I received a fantastic answer. I didn't know what GAP insurance was but I got a great explanation. I didn't know about warranties. I got great information. I had a few things I didn't like about the truck I purchased (in my case a ford decal that was a little too much for me). They took care of it. I was very satisfied and I would definitely recommend All Star. more
