5000 mile service on new pick up. 11/26/2013

Fast Lane did not add DEF fluid to the truck and I thought they should have. I have been doing a lot of towing and it is down below half. I was not pleased. more

I was hesitant about going to a car lot because the sales people are like vultures but I was pleased that All-star Ford wasn't like that at all. I went in there with a vehicle in mind and the salesman(Jeffrey) that helped me looked at all of their lots and found exactly what I was looking for. Then I had to get financing and Diane was able to get me an even better deal than I went in there thinking I wouldn't budge from. Overall my experience was GREAT and I will buy from them again. more
