Pete "Repeat" was wonderful and was really understanding, Jeremy and Dan were very supportive and they made the overall experience one of the best I've ever had through a dealership. Rock rattle 12/12/2013

I was hunting and after driving some rough roads, I heard a rattle and scraping sound when I was driving in reverse. I went to the shop and within seconds they had my problem diagnosed and about 30 minutes later I was on the road with no rattle. It seems a rock had infiltrated my wheel and lodged by the brake pad. NO CHARGE- Thank you very much! more
