I had a toilet that needed to be fixed, and Mr. Rooter Plumbing came out and fixed it. Then they came out again, took it all off, and fixed it; and the third time, they recommended that the toilet itself be replaced. I called again to say that if I should get it replaced, I shouldn't get charged but they refused. It was a little strange. I called another company to fix the toilet and the other company said that there was something stuck in the toilet, and after they fixed it, it was fine.
I found Mr. Rooter Plumbing of Greater Baltimore in the newspaper. I'd say to look around. If you've got something simple, maybe try them out, but take what they have to say with a grain of salt.
