I have a 90 year old house. My issue was a clog in the drain from my upstairs 3rd floor tub to the exterior drain pipe in the 1st floor basement. Calling Sunday evening I was scheduled mid afternoon Monday. The service technician Jo Clark approached the clog several ways (3 hours of diligence). Unfortunately no luck clearing the line. Jo was courteous, explained the issue and cleared the work area upon completion of that day. Being the original pipes, he suggested replacing the line from the tub to the basement. After has a friend remove the ceiling and wall sections to expose the pipes, Jo and his helper Chuck returned the following Tuesday to replace the old pipes with PVC. As the pipes were still filed with drain water in the basement, Jo removed the water with little spraying the floor or walls. Removal of the pipes from the ceiling and wall was also done with care and minimal mess. Replacement went quickly and within a couple of hours the upstairs tub and sink were back to working order. Again Jo and Chuck were polite, quickly removing any debris from the work area. Happy with the service Jo, Chuck and Mr. Rooter provided.
