My water heater burst and started flooding my whole apartment. It was slowly leaking when I got home from work at 5:30pm and I asked my property manager to come up. Upon trying to turn the water off, the heater burst and started flooding everywhere. Mr. Rooter was the only plumbing company that told me they could send someone after hours, even after calling a few other plumbers that I found online. Though it took him a while to get there (it was after hours so I understand, and I had luckily gotten the water to stop flooding), when he arrived, he was friendly and a really good sport about having to be there so late and changing out a full water heater. I live on the third flood of an apartment building with no elevator, so it was quite a hassle for him to go down and get stuff from his truck and come back up. He was friendly and understanding, and fixed everything up within an hour. There was no charge for him having to come out after hours either. Overall, I was extremely thankful and the service was great!
