I had an issue a couple of years ago with the sewage out front and Mr. Rooter came. They actually had to dig up the yard, take out the old pipes, and put new pipes in. Some tree roots had to be taken out because they were causing the problem, and there were some very large bushes out in front of the house that they also took away. I haven't had a problem since. I called Mr. Rooter for another issue and they came right out and fixed that. I've actually got them working for me right now too, though we haven't set a date to complete that yet. more

I went through ServiceMagic and got Mr. Rooter. The guy who came out was very professional. He fixed what needed to be fixed, and provided good service. I would use them again. Actually, I'm interested in getting a quote from them. I'm travelling right now, but when I get back I will give them a call. more

Very knowledgeable and very helpful. 7/7/2011

Mr. Rooter was real knowledgeable about his work compared to other plumbers that have already been in my home. He seemed to have known a lot of information, and he gave me a lot of information that I could use. I didn't watch him work, but I did watch the video inspection he gave me, where he told me what I could do and gave me some good advice. It was great! He was really knowledgeable about his work, and very helpful. He was also kind enough to put a cap on the drain outside, even though that was not what I had him out here for, and I was really happy for that. Christina Torrence more

Affordable, reliable and highly recommendable! 6/29/2011

Mr. Rooter Plumbing of Greater Baltimore is reliable and very affordable. We are working with a tight budget but have a lot of small projects that need fixing in our older house. Most plumbers aren't interested in that. But no project is too small for Mr. Rooter, so I think we are a very good fit. I have recommended him to friends and will definitely use him again. more

A job done well. 6/28/2011

The gentleman with Mr. Rooter who came to my home was very nice. He explained everything to me and showed me exactly what was going on. Basically, a pipe from my kitchen sink came detached and was leaking into my basement through the outside. He reattached the pipe, and cleaned the drain. He was very thorough, and seemed to be sure that the issue was resolved before he left. Everything is working fine so far. He knew what he was doing, and I trusted him. It was a wonderful experience, overall. more

I had four minor plumbing issues that were raised during a home inspection. Andy corrected them all quickly--and didn't charge me for a simple fix that he determined wasn't really a problem, even though it was noted on the form. I referred him to a friend that same day! Best price & service 6/15/2011

We hired Mr. Rooter to address a leak in our guest bathroom. After receiving several quotes from other companies, Mr. Rooter's quote was by far the best. Further, the issue was resolved quickly without the need for further visits. With a small child at home, the quick and inexpensive fix was very much appreciated. more

The representative came to my house within the time period specified. He was very nice, professional and courteous. He went out of his way to get the part I needed to fix my problem, saving me a lot of money. He completed the repair quickly and did a great job. They did a great job. more

Was very please with the efficiency and customer service of the team. I had a difficult problem with a clogged drain that kept backing up and the team was very persistent and fixed the problem. Totally satisfied! more
