Our sewer was clogged and we had Brian Donohue come after 5 and fixed the problem in less than 30 minutes. Nice guy and great service. Would recommend their service to others. more

Emergency Service 1/15/2012

We had a pipe burst and our service man Dan Groh, came very quickly at 5 am and fixed the problem. He then came back later that night to fix another issue that we had. He was very fast and wonderful, we will definitely ask for him. more

My technician was Dan Groh and I would recommend him to anyone, even my mother (and SHE'S picky!) We have old septic system and pipes so every now and then, we run into trouble. When Dan arrived, he calmly took charge and did just what needed to be done -- no inflation of the bill or unnecessary charges, no dancing around, just professional and courteous and efficient service provided quickly and reasonably. And early on a Sunday morning, too. I will DEFINITELY be keeping their magnet handy! (and their number programmed in my cell) more

Brian Donohue deserves more than 5 stars! 1/5/2012

Your technician, Brian, was extremely efficient, pleasant and knowledgeable. He installed a new hot water heater and shut-off valve. His work is to be commended, I hope Mr Rooter appreciates what fine worker and representative of your company, Brian is. I will recommend Mr Rooter to anyone who needs a plumber and call the company when I need any other work. more

Quick Help 1/5/2012

I am a commercial builder and currently building a large box store for the worlds most powerful retailer. The sanitary line got blocked after normarl working hours. I couldnt get a hold of the plumber I contracted to so I called Mr Rooter. Eddie got to the site, listend to what I had to say and fixed the problem. more

I called Mr. Rooter and they had a serviceman out within 2 hours. He came in looked at my plumbing issue, gave me an estimate and repaired. He was very courteous and explained all to me. Mr Rooter is the only company I have or will use for my plumbing problems. more

Neat, timely, professional, concerned, considerate,and very personable. Would hire Rich in a heart beat. Would recommend Rich anytime, anywhere. Never complained or rushed, answered your questions and concerns. You feel like you are the ultimate customer, and his only customer. A gem in Pompano. Mr. Rooter hang onto Rich. We called MrRooter to help us with a plumbing emergency, they showed up within the next hour, they provided a very clear explanation of the problem and kept us fully informed of the progress on the solituion. Excellent Customer Service 12/26/2011

Rich Rollin came out to our house on a service call; quickly diagnosed the problem and went to work after quoting a price. The finished price was exactly what he quoted with no hidden up charges, fees, taxes etc. The job was complete to 100 satisfaction and the work area was left as clean as he found it. I have used this plumbing service in the past on my rental properties and they have always done a complete professional job. I would highly recommend them to anyone. more

Great Customer Service and Commitment to Quality 12/21/2011

I recently had Mr Rooter come into my shop to do some plumbing work for my business and I was impressed with their service. They talked me through the process so that I understood what it took to get the job done and gave me options to get the job exactly how I wanted it done. The guy they send out was friendly and helped me prepare the shop for the work. After the job was done I noticed a small problem that I could have left alone, but he came back out and fixed it at no charge. more
