I had an clogged sewage line in my home causing sewage to back up into my home.I called Rooter and they Sent Brandon over to my home in lauderhill. Brandon was very professional, he had great communication and explained everything to me in human terms not plumbers terms. Very Friendly and willing to go the extra mile for customer service. I currently manage a hotel for a major corporation in south beach and if i need any assistance I will be calling Rooter for assistance. & Asking for Brandon. The Service was impeccable. Great to see companies out there who know that when you hire the best, the customer gets the best. He described each step of the proccess, from the invsetigation to the diagnosis to the final repair. When Rich Rollin came to the house, I was not in a very good mood. The previous Mr. Rooter made a mess of my bathroom and left it unusable. He was unprofessional and combative when I proclaimed his work unacceptable. Of course I complained. And they sent out Rich. Rich was a totally different story. Professional and knowledgeable, he not only fixed the bathroom issue, but several other connected issues that would have made another service call likely in the near future. AND he did it in a little over an hour! He apologized for the previous plumber's short comings and more than turned my head around about the Mr. Rooter Company. I understand that a company can hire a worker that may not be suitable. The test is when that company really stands behind the work. Mr. Rooter did just that and for no extra charge. Will I call them again for drainage issues? You betcha. Will I recommend them? Wholeheartedly. Thanks Mr. Rooter, for giving my bathroom back to me. more

On 8/28/2012 we made a service call to Mr. Rooter.We had our washing machine water draining into our kitchen sink. The bathroom "john" was bubbling. The main pipe to our house had been previously snaked for the last three years. When Mr. Rooter's plumber, Louie, arrived at our house, we were relieved and impressed with the courteous introduction and knowledge that he provided to us. Louie did a thorough inspection and came to the conclusion that we need to flush our draining system with a special machine, the hydro jet. We have had other plumbers attempt to repair and unclog our draining system and not one of them could even find the clean out drain! Louie did!! Now we know where it is! (Sounds silly, but that is why we call professionals) We are very pleased and thankful for Louie's friendly and hardworking service he provided. Thank you so much. Thank you Louie!!!! I needed an emergency repair at 6:30pm, after dialing 3 other numbers of so called 24/7 plumbers just to find myself talking to answering machines, then I found Mr Rooter, The phone operator was very polite, understood my problem immediately and within the hour they sent Brian, a courteous and knowledgeable professional who fixed the problem quickly and efficiently. This company knows what customer service is all about. Based on my experience I recommend Mr. Rooter with no reservation whatsoever. more

I have used this company for 3 years at least. Since Brian first visit to my house I have requested for him to come for my repairs as needed. He has been here three or four times. I contacted your company on Sunday evening at 8pm. I let the person that answered the phone know that there was water under my kitchen sink which appeared to be coming from the disposal. He said the serviceman had 2 calls ahead of me but would be at my home in approximately 2 hours. The serviceman showed up after 11pm and stated "yep your disposal is leaking". When I asked if he could fix it or replace it he said no, not tonight. He suggested I call the disposal company to see if it was under warranty. I told him that I did not feel it was but would call. I was extremely upset that he was doing nothing to fix my problem and then had the audacity to charge me 160.00. I asked him what that was for and he said to diagnose the problem. I called the company at 8 am on Monday and explained what occurred on Sunday night. They stated they would send someone to replace the disposal between 4-6 pm. I requested that they send a different service person then the one that came on Sunday. My technician today was excellent. His name was Mr. Werner. He completely changed my opinion of this company within 5 minutes of his arrival to my home. He listened to my concerns, took a look at the disposal and installed a new one. I will now definitely recommend Mr. Rooter and encourage my nurses to ask for Mr. Werner. more

We called on a Friday night with a badly clogged drain. They offered to come right away or on Saturday morning whichever was more convenient for us. We opted for Saturday morning. They arrived right on schedule. Tech was great, got the clog taken care of and was on his way. This is a five star company. more

I had a chisel stuck in my main line that caused a clog. I turned away another plumber who was 5 hours late (with no courtesy phone call) because he said that I would have to agree to having my floor dug up if the snake got stuck. I tried Mr. Rooter. Monica answered the phone and was very professional and courteous she even called me back to make sure on the correct address. I was told it would be about an hour and got the confirmation call in 30 minutes telling me that John was on his way. John Torres was my plumber and he was excellent. He took the time to do the job right and answered all my questions. I am a satisfied customer AND SO IS MY WIFE. more
