What a pleasure to find a plumbing service that responds promptly and is fairly priced! The phone staff and the on site plumbers are all well trained and very caring. I will definitely use Mr. Rooter again and I am recommending them already! more

The staff communicate well and are prompt. Werner, our tech, didn't settle for a quick fix but made certain we got a *long-term solution* to our plumbing problem. We would recommend Mr. Rooter in a heartbeat. more

Great Experience 8/17/2013

Very impressed by Mr Rooter from start to finish. Werner arrived within the time window I was given and quickly diagnosed the problem. He replaced the hot water heater and got us up and running again in what I consider a minimal amount of time. Werner was very professional and friendly from start to finish. Mr. Rooter and Werner Letterman are highly recommended and will continue to get my business. more

The gentleman who came to my home to fix my garbage disposal was very friendly, professional and gave me some valuable tips. He also fixed my stopper on my bathroom sink. I would definitely recommend Mr. Rotor to my friends and family. Thank you more

Dan and Joe B. fixed it. 6/25/2013

Earily Sunday morning Dan showed up to fix a backed up dain at my home. He gave me a price and started to snake the drain. The job turnned out to be alot more than he expected. When a plummer gives you a price to snake a drain, you'd say wow! Maybe I should have got one at the hardware store. This time suprised me. After 30 mins snaking the clean outs, he moved to the shower to snake it. Then He called Joe B. to help they removed the toilet to snake there. After a few hours, and removing a hand towel Dan and Joe B. fixed it. Sorry to say it, but this time the plummer deserves every pennie. Prompt and professional the whole time. Thanks guys! more

Excellent Service, Staff 6/20/2013

Had a major drain problem at our business in Pompano. We received a quote within hours that was very reasonable for the job and the team arrived two days later to fix us up. Had the issue repaired in a few hours and they even cleaned up any existing debris and residue left behind. A PLUS!!! more

Very Happy with Service 6/20/2013

Had a pipe blow during the evening. Called Mr.Rooter and within an hour Chris was at my door. He tried to start looking for the leak but the location was in a difficult spot. He did have to return the following day to complete the job, but he got it done and repaired. Will highly recommend. No BS , experienced plumbers at a flat rate. Cant beat that. more

Washing Machine Issue 6/13/2013

Brian did a nice job on removing 2 old water valves and replacing them with a more modern valve containing an on off toggle. He was very courteous in his explanation and assessment of what was needed to correct the issue of the rusted out valves. All in all a very nice job on Brian's part.. more

Brian Donohue arrived and fixed a problem that another plumber did. He was extremely efficient and was completed with the job in a short time. He was extremely polite, cleaned up after his job was complete and we felt comfortable having him work in our home. more

Chris did a great job. He even cleaned up after he was finished. I would recommend chris to every customer so they get same service as we received and they would be very happy with him. You dont get very many workers that treat customers with respect and are nice like chris was. If I need anything else from mr. rooter I would recommend chris to do the work. If there was a rating for each worker like chris of a scale 1-10, I would give chris an 15. Keep up the good work. more
