I recently had Mr Rooter come into my shop to do some plumbing work for my business and I was impressed with their service. They talked me through the process so that I understood what it took to get the job done and gave me options to get the job exactly how I wanted it done. The guy they send out was friendly and helped me prepare the shop for the work. After the job was done I noticed a small problem that I could have left alone, but he came back out and fixed it at no charge.
