Excellent, Outstanding, Professional, Highly Recommended 6/25/2012

If you need a plumber, Mr. Rooter is the one to call. When a leak appeared under our kitchen sink at one of the worst possible times when everything is due and there just isn't enough money or time to go around, we found Mr. Rooter. Werner appeared at our door exactly when he was due to be there. He was more than happy to work with us to save us time and money while still getting the job done - and done right! He directed us to Mr. Rooter's website for coupons and we found one that saved us about half of the original cost. Werner went to work and had the job done in no time. He was nice, polite, clean, caring and considerate. He even expressed concern for our safety when he found the patio was slippery after all the rain we have had the past few days. We highly recommend Mr. Rooter - and especially Werner - in the Palm Beach and Broward County area. Thank you, Mr. Rooter!!! more

Very satisfied 6/16/2012

Burned out my disposal and clogged a drain with potato skins don't do that! Then tried plunging the clog out which broke the sink basket on the other side of the sink. Mr Torres charged me 200+ for disposal install and quoted me 258 for sink basket repair...I said no thanks to that part...the work he did was quick and clean! more

Customer for Life!!! 6/14/2012

After discovering a leak in the kitchen cabinet underneath the sink at 8pm tonight, I called Mr. Rooter for emergency service. Donna, who took my call for help tonight, could not have been more pleasant and reassuring. The technician, John Torres in truck #26, was in my house within an hour and had the problem fixed in under 60-minutes. John was extremely courteous and was kind enough to call my attention to a potential issue with my water purification connections. The President of my Board of Directors was in my unit during the entire repair & was so impressed with John that she requested his specific business contact information at Mr. Rooter for future service calls for our building. Thank you, John & thank you, Mr. Rooter!!!!!! more

Broken water main underneath tree 5/29/2012

John T came out promptly and finished the job in a likewise fashion. Broken pipe was in a tough location, but John found the leak quickly and cut back tree roots to not only access the existing pipe, but removed other roots to prevent them from breaking open the pipe once again. John is a straight shooter; He will not beat around the bush, boss you around, or force your hand. He came well prepared and despite the price of the fix, he was the best choice for the job. more

Congrats on a well run, organized and professional company. Mr. Rooter was initially my third choice as I went down the plumbing service listings on-line, but it will be my first choice from now on. Great customer service rep in Donna, who exhibits caring and concern, and John Torres, the plumber who was dispatched to my home, was everything a customer could hope for - on time, friendly, professional and an excellent plumber. Both John and Donna showed grace under fire and total professionalism when a condo commando in my building complained by calling the Mr. Rooter office because the water had been turned off for 2 mninutes! Thank you for operating a great company! more

John T was great 5/9/2012

This was my first experience with Mr. Rooter and I was very impressed. John T (the plumber) arrived promptly, was pleasant and got straight to work. He diagnosed the problem in a flash and showed me the page of his pricing book, so I knew he wasn't playing any games. He solved my problem quickly, and also gave me some tips on other issues that I should fix. He didn't pressure me to necessarily use him in the future, but I'm sure I will. By the end of the visit, I felt that John T is a straight-shooting professional who cares about his customers. more

I called and was sent a plumber within just a few hours and was given updates on when he would arrive. They were very flexible with my schedule and really wanted to help. Brian, the technician, was professional and very efficient. I would highly recommend Brian and the whole Mr Rooter team. In fact, I recommended them to my brother the very same day! more

Broken main Water valve gate 4/29/2012

While installing a water filtration system to our refrigerator I determined that the shut-off valve for the house was faulty and after turning the water off (with a trickle) the gate in the valve broke. No water to the house and Saturday afternoon. I called Mr. Rooter and within 1 hour, Brian showedd up and went to work. I about an hour, Brian had completely changed the shut-off valve replaceing it with a valve that should have been installed when the house was built. Brian was not only efficient, but courtious and professional, which is extremely refreshing for South Florida service providers. Brian is a fantastic representative of South Florida Mr. Rooter and a total PROFESSIONAL! more
