John T came out promptly and finished the job in a likewise fashion. Broken pipe was in a tough location, but John found the leak quickly and cut back tree roots to not only access the existing pipe, but removed other roots to prevent them from breaking open the pipe once again. John is a straight shooter; He will not beat around the bush, boss you around, or force your hand. He came well prepared and despite the price of the fix, he was the best choice for the job.
