Mr Electric of Tucson

I used Mr. Electric of Tuscon a few months ago. It was an overall good experience. The electricity went out in a section of my house, and it ended up that it was a wire in the attic that had become disconnected. They got it fixed, and there have been no problems since then. They were pretty quick. They called, and they got the job done. It wasn't cheap, but I don't know pricing. more

I have a few investment properties in another city and I had an electrical emergency at one of them. It was the dead of summer and one of my rental properties had no electricity. I have home protection and the warranty company put me in touch with the contractor they work with, but he was not available after five and it was either Friday or Saturday, so I was told I could search for my own contractor. I went on the Internet, read some reviews, and I found Mr. Electric. They came out in 2 or 3 hours and they were very professional and their fees were quite reasonable. The billing was simple and I was able to file a claim with the home warranty company and got reimbursed, so now instead of allowing the warranty company to pick my contractor, I have it marked to choose my own, and I will go with Mr. Electric. As a business owner, I am all about customer service and timeliness. When you have properties in another city, it is especially important to have reliable contractors. This experience was so positive and so simple, I was blown away. more

The technician came, assessed the problem, and got right to work. He was very professional, polite, and personable. And he was accurate. The problem turned out to be was bigger than I realized. A couple of electrical outlets had burned, and it shorted some of the other outlets. The electrician did a great job. I was really impressed with the electrician. He knew what he was doing and he was very personable. I wish the price had been a little lower, but the person they sent out was very professional. more

I just moved to Tucson and didn't know who to call to have Landscape lighting installed so I ask my neighbor and they recommend Mr. Electric. I am very impressed on the work they did for me. They made it just how I have pictured it and they add more beauty to my house. more

These guys did it right. From the phone call forward they had it together. The electrician was on time, gave me the price before he started, and strated right then and there! None of this 'I need a part'....I'll schedule to do the work another day....blah blah blah I have come to expect from contractors.\r \r Big thumbs up!! more
