I have a few investment properties in another city and I had an electrical emergency at one of them. It was the dead of summer and one of my rental properties had no electricity. I have home protection and the warranty company put me in touch with the contractor they work with, but he was not available after five and it was either Friday or Saturday, so I was told I could search for my own contractor. I went on the Internet, read some reviews, and I found Mr. Electric. They came out in 2 or 3 hours and they were very professional and their fees were quite reasonable. The billing was simple and I was able to file a claim with the home warranty company and got reimbursed, so now instead of allowing the warranty company to pick my contractor, I have it marked to choose my own, and I will go with Mr. Electric.
As a business owner, I am all about customer service and timeliness. When you have properties in another city, it is especially important to have reliable contractors. This experience was so positive and so simple, I was blown away.
