Excellent Service 3/24/2012

Contacting Mr.E was simple and easy. The appointment scheduled was not in the time frame, but a courteous call was made informing us the Elecrician was 20 minutes away. Service by Damian M., was excellent. He quickly asessed the problem and quickly resolved the problem. Thanks for providing your Elecrican's with shoe covers. I will recomend and use Mr. E in the future. more

Exemplary service. The young men were the best. 1/6/2012

Nigel and Brendon came to our home today to take a hanging light fixture down and replace it with a new one. These young men were absolutely terrific. They were professional, polite and very pleasant. We really enjoyed having them here and having them do the work for us. We would heartily recommend them. Thank you for employing these young men and for sending them to us. more

Quick emergency service response, fantastic customer service 12/20/2011

I had an electrical emergency and needed assistance immediately. It was after hours but i received a callback promptly. The technician was at my house in a very reasonable time. He was very professional and attentive. I received the exact solution I needed. I would reccommend them to everyone. more

Exceeded my expectations 10/18/2011

My wife and I are the original owners of our home, where we have lived for 28 years. We have experienced many home repair/service companies during this period. On ocassion we would have a good experience. But I never felt that any of these companies really cared about our needs. Before I semi-retired in 2008, I was involved in an industry where customer service was a priority. Based on an internet search, I came across the Mr. Electric website. Having a background in sales and marketing I was impressed with it design. I called and made an appointment with a tech to come to my home between 8am and 11am. When Damian Martinez came to our home today-ON TIME- to initially give us a quote for installing 2 outdoor floods, I really did not know what to expect. I guess I was just hoping that the cost would be within our budget, and that the work could be done by the end of this week. All I can say is that you are very fortunate to have Damian representing your company. He was extremely professional and very personable. He surpassed my expectations. This was a wonderful first time experience with Mr. Electric. more

I had problems with my A/C cooling down and being a single mother of 4 kids, money and time is tight. I was very satisfied with how quickly they were able to service my vehicle and how courteous the staff was and very budget friendly! We had Mr. Electric put in a serpentine type of track lighting in the kitchen and in the laundry room. It's basically track lighting that hangs from the ceiling and has a serpentine shape to it. The actual work went fine, and it looks great. They did a real good job. I'm having trouble with the one in the kitchen now though. It's nothing the guy did, it's just that the connections at one point don't seem to be exerting enough pressure. I have to fiddle with it to get the light to come on, and then after awhile it goes off again. I've got a lot going on right now in the house, but when everything else is done I'll call Mr. Electric and see if they can offer any suggestions as to what to do about it. more

I've used Mr. Electric of Tucson twice. First they put in an outlet on the outside of the house and another time they fixed a bad outlet in the inside of the house. Their servicemen came over, evaluated the problem, and fixed it. They're worth looking into. The reason I used them was that I found them in the phone book. The electrician at Mr. Electric of Tucson was sociable and did his work in a fairly timely manner. more

The job was well done. 5/23/2011

I hired Mr. Electric Of Tucson for some electrical work in my home, and though the job itself was done well enough, I was turned off by their customer service. I originally had two guys come out to give an estimate, and I was very impressed with them at that point, as they were knowledgeable and nice. However, on the actual day they were supposed to come out and do the work, I sat around for hours and nobody showed up. When I finally called Mr. Electric to see what was going on, they sent someone else out whom I had never met. I think it was rude and unprofessional for the servicemen to cancel on me without calling. Poor communication is a big turn off to me, and I'm not sure I will continue to use Mr. Electric in the future. The job was completed fine and the value was okay, but I'm not impressed with the customer service. more
