The technician came, assessed the problem, and got right to work. He was very professional, polite, and personable. And he was accurate. The problem turned out to be was bigger than I realized. A couple of electrical outlets had burned, and it shorted some of the other outlets. The electrician did a great job.
I was really impressed with the electrician. He knew what he was doing and he was very personable. I wish the price had been a little lower, but the person they sent out was very professional.
