Mr Jeff came to do maintenance of the cooler, which was not done for over a year. But he did a good job and I was satisfied with what he did.

Brett did a great job of explaining what our problem was with our AC and the options involved. We decided on a new one and he explained why he thought we should go with which one. He was knowledgeable, reassuring and polite. Thanks a bunch! more

I cannot say enough GOOD things about this company. I highly recommend it. Its managers Chris and Justin and techs Patrick and David, are extraordinarily professional, experienced & knowledgeable. They were prompt & courteous, with clean uniforms and new trucks. With respect to their estimating cost for a new A/C system as opposed to repairing our existing one, they were more than fair & reasonable. I would never hesitate to use them again or recommend them to our family, friends and clients. more

His expertise and knowledge regarding all aspects of the air conditioning unit was remarkable. Such a fantastic representative of Morgan Air. You are only as good as your help, Rafael is a star. He is so very knowledgeable and honest! It was a pleasure to meet him and work with him. For once, I had a pleasurable experience with someone working at my house. I was also very impressed with the other members of Morgan Air, in the very courteous calls they made to me to make sure I was available and to give me an arrival time. This seems like a "Top Notch" business!! Great job! more

David D. diagnosed the problem, had the part, replaced the part, and had our A/C running in less than an hour. He was very pleasant, knowledgeable, and efficient. I would use your service again. more

AC fall check up 11/1/2016

Jeremy was very efficient. He was on time for the appointment. He spent about an hour checking out the unit. After he finished he explained what he had done and the results. He made one suggestion for the next check up. He paid attention to the dog of the house. more

Our AC was giving us problems and after some hassling (finding a company within our budget) our duct work was replaced with this company. Jay was sent out and did a phenomenal job. He went above and beyond and finished the job in one day. During our inspection with the county the inspector stated it was one of the best jobs he had seen in his 10+ years of doing so. His partner Rob or Ron whatever wasn't so hot. He seemed a little too preoccupied with his phone and his personal problems. I hope that management speak to him about his nonchalant attitude. Jay did most of the work and probably missed time with his family ensuring that mines had air which I respect. He was just truly amazing. If I had to recommend the company I would advise only sending Jay. In the long run your customers would be happier. Also update his name in the system it took me forever to find him. more

The gentlemen were prompt, courteous, well groomed and very knowledgeable. They went over every detail of the AC System and ensured it was working to spec. The fault was obscure but they found and repaired it. THANK YOU! Good Job. I rate Morgan Air as a 5 Star. more
