Office staff is not very nice and seem to lack communication within their computer system. They are also not very good at returning phone calls for regular maintenance since I called them 2 times with no return phone calls. Where they lack, Rich M. makes up for in service! He is very knowledgeable and just amazing! He was the one who helped us get our new A/C unit and since has provided excellent service and quality products!! Even if the office staff seem clueless and rude, the quality of products and service received are good, especially for the price!
