Would use them again for a move 1/8/2014

I had two different stops where certain number of things went to one location and other things in another location. Monster Movers remembered which things went where. There was nothing left behind and nothing dropped at the wrong place. All the items were well wrapped and protected. It was an overall great moving experience. more

A decent experience 1/7/2014

It was a miserable and lousy day to begin with. There was a terrible snowstorm that hit the area and given the circumstances I felt they did the best that they could. Where I experienced frustration was when they broke a few of my items and placed them in my house attempting to hide the fact that they had broken those items. I know that in the course of moving, items are inevitably going to get broken, but I wish they had been straightforward with me instead of trying to hide such a fairly normal occurrence. more

The service that was provided was just fine. Monster Movers provided professional and proficient workers to get the job done in a timely manner. The only issue I had with them was that I wish I was able to see how my things were going to be stored, but other than that they did a fine job. more

Economical, fair to the customer, very good price 1/3/2014

The three gentlemen that were sent to my property from Monster Movers couldn't have been nicer or more hard working! They never stopped in the extreme conditions they were bracing. It was a snowstorm out there, 6 degree weather and they busted their hump. I even tried to help them a bit but could not maintain their pace. They were fatigued and very tired but they never quit. I was blown away by the service! more

Just fine 12/31/2013

This was the second call I made in regards to a mover since the first mover backed out. My one hiccup with them was that they were supposed to be at my place between 8 and 9 but they did not show up till 9:30. I was concerned the snowstorm would prevent them from moving my belongings out of the house safely and that they might injure themselves. Thankfully, they came away unscathed. They were also able to move my piano out successfully, which was a great concern of mine since I cherish that piano so deeply. The 3 gentlemen were quick and nice, but in the process of moving my things they broke part of an antique mirror of mine. I do not blame them though because it was quite old and they did not do it on purpose. I will simply use glue to get it back together. more

Monster Movers showed up on the early side of the time frame they had promised. They were quick but made sure nothing got damaged. They were also very polite and helpful the whole time. more

Monster Movers moved us to storage from a lake house on Queens Lake. That was my biggest fear, because that had never happened in my life. This was the first time we didn't have another house to move to. They made me feel very comfortable with that. They told me exactly what they were doing and why it was taking longer than a "normal" move. They explained how they were wrapping things differently and logging each and every item. They were all very good. There were actually supposed to be two guys, but they added a third for no extra charge. That was great, of course. They were also the first company to get back to me, and they booked me quite quickly. more

Joe and David were fantastic! Friendly and efficient, and not a word of complaint. Would definitely use again. My only issue is they should have sent three men for the job, not two. It took much longer than expected. more

Monster Movers is just awesome. They're hard-working, fast, and polite. They moved all of my belongings from one apartment to the next with a great pace and were very cordial as well. None of my things got damaged. They charged me a very reasonable rate for which I greatly appreciated for the fantastic service I received. Honestly, they made me feel like they were my friends but very professional ones who took great care with moving my things. more

Our experience with Monster Movers was great. They sent two movers who were super nice and professional. They moved us from a third floor apartment to a single family home the day before Thanksgiving. It was also pouring rain, so we appreciated their dedication. They really took care of our possessions. They didn't leave any chips in our paint or holes in our walls, so I am happy with their attention to detail. I would definitely recommend their services. more

I would highly recommend Monster Movers. You don't have to worry about the condition of your product during packaging, handling and transportation. When they helped us move they were timely, conscientious, professional and courteous. They were very careful with our furnishings. They wrapped them all and were very, very careful when loading them on the truck and then unloading them at our home. more

I had a good experience with Monster Movers. They were very professional and careful with everything. The only flaw was they went over a part of my lawn and broke a sprinkler. I didn't find out until later, so they don't know they did it. I took a picture and was going to contact them. Other than that, everything else was perfect. Use them! more

I had used Monster Movers once before. That time and this time, they were really great. All three of the guys were very conscientious about not damaging anything. I had trouble trying to get a treadmill upstairs, and they were very patient about working that out. more

Monster Movers Review of Local Shrewsbury Move 11/7/2013

I hired Monster Movers last week to move my elderly mother to assisted living facility in Lexington. The front office scheduled my move for between 8-9am. They were there promptly at 8. The crew was caring and considerate in handling a fragile situation. The movers also brought a piano to my home in Bedford for free. more
