Review content:
It was a miserable and lousy day to begin with. There was a terrible snowstorm that hit the area and given the circumstances I felt they did the best that they could. Where I experienced frustration was when they broke a few of my items and placed them in my house attempting to hide the fact that they had broken those items. I know that in the course of moving, items are inevitably going to get broken, but I wish they had been straightforward with me instead of trying to hide such a fairly normal occurrence.
