I thought I had an issue with my water heater not getting hot, so I called Mike Counsil Plumbing who had recently installed a new water heater for us. They sent Randy out that day at a time that was convenient for me at no charge. Randy was able to detect the issue, which was not the water heater, but an old part which circulates the heated water through the pipes. I said I will monitor the problem and wait awhile to evaluate the need for replacing.
I asked if Randy had time to checked on a couple other plumbing issues we were having, which he did also at no charge. Our faucet was leaking and he diagnosed that it was in our faucet not the pipes. It's a double sink, so he took a picture to see if he would be able to match up the faucet with our other faucet from our non leaking sink. He then checked on the flap in our toilet which wasn't sealing right so the toilet would self-flush every 30 minutes or so; he replaced our faulty flap with a new one.
Efficiency is key; all of the service above was completed within 30 minutes. The service we received from Mike's Counsil Plumbing through Randy was outstanding. I plan on using Mike Counsil Plumbing for my future plumbing needs.
One last note: I forgot to mention that the receptionist/phone scheduler was very polite, professional and efficient as well.
