Love the people once I am at the dealership. My service and additional warranty were great. Dmitri explained the warranty well. Getting someone to answer the VW service phone is the pits. I am waiting over 3 minutes each time, this visit and the two prior calls. more

Dealer accommodated my tire issue promptly. Did charge for labor (would have been free if I'd taken the car to Discount Tire) however was worth it in this case. more

This shop is very busy howoever, because of the nature of my problem (broken window in rainy weather) they determined to squeeze me in making my car available for use in bad weather. I truly appreciated the extra effort on their part. more

Great Salespeople 9/26/2012

We worked with Chad at Chaplins VW, and he could not have been better. Super-knowledgeable about not only the cars on the lot, but competitive cars in the market. And he never trashed the competition- just pointed out the differences. What amazed me is that what he told us we would find in driving the VWs was 100 percent true. There wasn't a bunch of salesman hyperbole. The ride was exactly how he described it. The engine acted exactly how he described it. Finally, Chad steered us to the car that was absolutely right for us, even while we considered one that was more expensive. Go to Chaplins, and work with Chad. more

never order parts from Chaplin Subaru 2/22/2011

Ordered oxygen sensors from Chaplin via site subarugenuineparts got order confirmation and no follow up communication at all. Called dealer directly few days later and was told that there is no phone to online orders department, they have parts in stock, but will not honor my online order because they do not talk to online department. And it will be $150 more+tax if I want to buy parts from them! Avoid this dealership if you can. Such a startling contrast with majority of online merchants! more

Nothing Special 1/14/2011

An average dealer to me. I wasn't totally impressed by anything in particular. There were some good moments with the sales people and then moments that made me want to walk out. I'd go back if I really had a hard time deciding and needed a 3rd opinion or something. more

When I purchase a vehicle it is based on two things; safety and the service department. The Chaplin's Bellevue Subaru-Volkswagen service department is honest, professional and communicative; they go the extra mile. They have taken care of all car issues right away, verifying I am road worthy. I always take my vehicle to Chaplins. I refer pretty much everyone I know to Chaplin's service department.
