We worked with Chad at Chaplins VW, and he could not have been better. Super-knowledgeable about not only the cars on the lot, but competitive cars in the market. And he never trashed the competition- just pointed out the differences. What amazed me is that what he told us we would find in driving the VWs was 100 percent true. There wasn't a bunch of salesman hyperbole. The ride was exactly how he described it. The engine acted exactly how he described it. Finally, Chad steered us to the car that was absolutely right for us, even while we considered one that was more expensive. Go to Chaplins, and work with Chad.
