I sent flowers to a lost love from Miami Garden's Florist through a third party service. Somewhere in-between me requesting a specific message in the card and delivery my message had disappeared. It was Valentines Day so I'm sure both businesses were swamped. I called Steve the next day right when they opened and was pleasantly surprised when he totally took care of me. He resent the proper card with ""an extra"" something special! I would highly recommend Steve + Miami Gardens Florist to anyone in need of sending beautiful flowers to a special someone! Old customers. \r \r I was bought flowers from Miami Gardens Review from child. It was 15 years ago, and until now I still buy flowers there. I have trying to buy the flower on other place, but I never get what I always get on Miami Gardens, so I come back to this florist. \r more

Great Place to Purchase Flowers. Miami Gardens Florist is a great place to buy flowers. Here you can get a beautiful bouquet for less than $40. Plus their flowers are always fresh. Excellent Service, Beautiful Fresh Flowers. I was purchasing flowers for my daughter’s graduation and searching for a good local florist in Aventura who would have superior blooms to those found in Whole Foods or Trader Joe’s. Miami Gardens Florist was truly helpful and in fact told me when more flowers would be coming so I could have more options. more

BUYERS BEWARE 3/22/2013

We were not as lucky doing business with this company. My daughter was recently married and ordered flowers from Miami Garden Florist. She did not get the product she ordered and the flowers were soaked and soggy from sitting in too much water. My daughter attempted to contacted them to see if they could resolve this and called me back after her contact with them and was very upset. I decided to call them myself to find the owner and report the abusive behavior. What happened next was really disturbing. I called Miami Garden Florist and spoke to Steve Costin to address this. He was so rude on the phone that I could not believe it. He said some very disturbing things that were abusive and threatening. He proceeded to tell me that he had my phone number on caller id and knew how to find me. I find this to be an unexceptable way to conduct business not to mention extremely disturbing. Miami Gardens Florist Is Outstanding 3/17/2012

I'm in Canada & was lost as to where to find a florist to deliver flowers to someone I know in Sunny Isles Beach. I found ""Flowers by Sandra"" with great reviews and reached her. She highly recommended Miami Gardens Florist and the recipient says the roses arrangement is ""stunning"". Thank you very much for the great service and great product. more

Love Miami Gardens Florist. "" the answer is yes.. what is your question."" thats their moto. Customer service, and creativity is their strong suit. I use Miami Gardens at least once a month, for corporate gift solutions. They understand my needs, and that my business is very personal. I love sending their arrangements to my clients, as I can always expect a thank you call from my clients when the arrangements are delivered. I prefer Tropical Arrangements over Roses & they have always surprised me with the most beautiful Tropical Arrangments that seem to last for months. Creativity and Great Customer Service 7/14/2011

I called this florist because I read good reviews and did not know anyone in that area. I really don't like ordering via FTD and having them send the same bland boring non-creative (inside the box) arrangements. I suggested a couple of things and sent photos of arrangements I liked. Although I did not see the end result, I am confident they did exactly what I wanted and Steve was super accommodating. They are very appreciative of your business and they send a thank you note after the order is placed. They also e-mailed me a copy of the invoice showing how much my credit card was charged. Making Things Right 6/16/2011

My best friend just moved to the Adventura area. It was her 25th birthday and I couldn't be with her so, I wanted to do something special. Miami Gardens certainly had the reviews to do just that! They didn't have exactly what I wanted in stock but promised a beautiful arrangement. And it was- they created an amazingly beautiful arrangement and the flowers lasted for much longer than either of us thought they would. There was a miscommunication and my card ended up being charged more than what had been communicated. The owner Steve, he took care of it the same day! He said he was so glad that I called because whether someone spends $1 or $100, he wants them to be 100% satisfied and feel as though they got a beautiful arrangement for their money. In today's economy, it's hard to find a business that really cares about doing what's right and keeping customers 100% happy- regardless of the cost. I will definitely be using them again!! more

After reading rave reviews about Miami Gardens I couldn't help but use their service for an arrangement to be delivered to a friend. Steve was so courteous, helpful and made excellent suggestions for an arrangement. I trusted that he would make the right choice and it was a hit! Steve answered the phone and it was like talking to an old friend. Steve was knowledgeable and knew that I needed to send my mother the RIGHT flowers for mother's day. Delivery was on time and my mom was floored. She loved the arrangement, height and the amount of flowers. We made her day. We will definitely order again from Steve. more

Drop Dead Beautiful Arrangement 4/5/2011

I called from Philly. Didn't know what I would be getting. I spoke with Steve. He was great. I gave him an idea of what I was looking for. He made a suggestion. I'm glad I listened to him. My family members, to whom I was sending the flowers to, are very tough. Delivery was exactly when I expected it. Got a call from my family to let me know how beautiful the flowers were. Whew. Loved the ONLY negative review.... 1/14/2011

Back in 2006, I never heard of ""CitySearch"" until a customer/friend told me about a horrible review we had online. I went to the web and saw what some ""mysterious"" competitor had written. To counter this I've requested our customers write a true review of our arrangements. Since then, we've had exceedingly positive reviews, and that has garnered us a great deal of business online.
